You also can't park a car here. What's funny is that I used to volunteer (at a non-profit) about 100 feet past where this shot supposedly took place.

There's a few tatty warehouses and homeless people with shopping carts. YAY FOR PHOTOSHOP!

Sure you can. But only if the car is registered elsewhere. Why would, for example, a Mexican not be able to visit family in the US driving his Mexican registered Polo? If I ship my 14 year old Peugeot with Dutch plates to the US for a 3 month road trip, and then ship it out of the US again, it would be possible.

You're right. I meant a US citizen - who's also not in the military stationed overseas.
